Swing à la Django

A Swing à la Django is Hungary's most well-known and innovative pop-swing band. They have created a unique style by blending pop music with Hungarian authentic folk music, French manouche swing, and Argentine bossa nova. The result of this mix of styles is what they call Hungarian Django Swing. The band's hits have dominated radio playlists over the past two years, achieving millions of views on music streaming platforms. In 2021, they finished 5th in the popular Hungarian TV show A DAL, and in 2022, they reached the semi-finals with their original songs. In 2021, their cover of Gyémánt (Diamond) ranked 25th on the MAHASZ annual radio airplay chart. Additionally, in the spring of 2022, they performed a sold-out concert at the Papp László Budapest Sport Arena as the official band of the legendary Hungarian artist Bangó Margit.
