We are preparing many pig-related delights, with everything from the ear to the tail available. Exhibitors will be offering sausages, jelly, blood sausage, liver sausage, freshly fried blood, stuffed cabbage, and other tasty treats.
A live kitchen will also be present at the festival, where cracklings and blood sausage will be freshly made on-site. In celebration of Carnival, freshly made doughnuts will be available at the market as well.
Starting at noon, sausage stuffing will begin— but not just any sausage. We’ll be stuffing a sausage that spans the entire length of the square. It will be baked on-site, and guests can taste it with a tasting ticket or after making a purchase. Of course, there will be no shortage of dumplings, both savory and sweet, for everyone to try.
In addition to local wineries, distilleries, and breweries, international offerings will also be available at the festival.
Along with the culinary delights, there will be colorful children’s programs and games for both the little ones and adults.
