The Rotary Clubs of Győr proudly uphold a unique tradition. Every year, a true community comes together with festival-goers to support meaningful causes. This year is no exception: on 17–18 July, the Győr Rotary Spritzer Days return with music, entertainment, and charity, creating an unforgettable community experience.

Visitors are welcome at 15 wooden Rotary chalets on Dunakapu Square, where every donation helps turn important initiatives and dreams into reality. This year, the Rotary Club of Győr once again supports the prestigious Kazinczy "Beautiful Hungarian Speech" Competition.

As tradition dictates, the two-day festival begins with a wreath-laying ceremony at the statue of Ányos Jedlik, paying tribute to the Hungarian inventor of soda water.

 

Ongoing Programmes

Charity Spritzers & Traditional Open-Faced Bread
Enjoy refreshing Hungarian spritzers and traditional zsíros kenyér (bread with seasoned lard) at the Rotary Club chalets.

Strolling Magician

Experience magic up close with Dénes Ősz, whose close-up performances bring astonishing tricks directly to the audience. Moving among visitors, he performs just inches away from guests, making the impossible feel within arm's reach.

"Who's Who?" Giant Board Game
