The trade sign was located between the two shops at Dr. Kovács Pál Street 1 and belonged to Ernő Bangha, a merchant of spices and delicatessen.

At that time, the beautifully carved wood was protected from the sun and rain by a metal roof. We do not know exactly when it was placed above the building’s entrance.
